Every order is packed with care—usually within 2–4 business days. We're a small but mighty team, so please allow a little extra time during high-volume periods (like holidays or after a new drop).
Holy Ship!
We hate extra charges as much as you do. Service fees, tips, mystery taxes, address correction fees... no thanks. At The Rat Hole, what you see is what you get. No sneaky add-ons, no inflated checkout totals. We're passionate about sharing Chicago’s rich, gritty history—and hey, let’s just say shipping’s a little gift from us to you.

Shipping Accuracy
Stuff happens. We get it. Sometimes a street name goes missing. Sometimes we split an infinitive. It’s all part of being human.
When you’re checking out, take a moment to double-check your address—especially those apartment numbers and zip codes. It’ll help us get your order to the right doorstep without detours.
