Sometimes things don’t fit quite right. Sometimes your friend steals your Dibs chair. We get it. While we’re a small operation (with big Chicago hearts), we want you to be genuinely happy with what you get.

Return Window

You’ve got 14 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. After that, your item officially becomes a Rat Hole relic.

What can I Return?

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition (tags and all).

  • Sorry, we can’t accept returns on:

    • Final sale or limited-edition items

    • Vintage or one-of-a-kind finds

    • Opened mystery packs (the mystery is the fun!)

Refunds

Once we get your return and give it a once-over, we’ll issue a refund to your original form of payment. Depending on your bank, it might take a few days to show up.

Return Shipping

Customers pay for their own shipping unless we did something wrong; then we'll cover it. 

Exchanges

We don't offer exchanges at this time. Unless you have a taxidermized squirrel wearing a hunters' jacket. Then you have a deal.  

The Return Process

Email us at info@theratholebazaar.com with:

  • Your order number

  • What you’d like to return

  • A brief reason (we like to learn from our mistakes)

We’ll walk you through the next steps like an old friend trying to show you where the speak easy is located.
