By placing an order, you’re agreeing to the following:
Sometimes things don’t fit quite right. Sometimes your friend steals your Dibs chair. We get it. While we’re a small operation (with big Chicago hearts), we want you to be genuinely happy with what you get.
You buy it, we ship it.
Once you place an order, we’ll do our part to get it to you quickly and safely. You promise to give us a real, accurate address. We promise not to send you anything cursed.
Payments
All payments are processed securely. We don’t store your full card info—only the essential details needed to complete your purchase.
Returns
We cover all that in our Return Policy, but the short version: you’ve got 14 days, and no exchanges unless a taxidermized squirrel is involved.
Intellectual Property
Our content, designs, images, and weird ideas belong to us. Please don’t use them without asking first. We love sharing, but we love credit, too.
Liability
We’re not liable for delays caused by carriers and weather. We’re also not responsible for how you use the stuff once it arrives. You break it? That one’s on you.
